As far as dumbbells go; a dumbbell is a dumbbell is a dumbbell. But! I prefer the hexagon ones as shown because I can use them for pushups and stops without worrying about them rolling away. Mine are SPRI brand. I’ve acquired this collection over decades. My most recent purchase (30#) was from Target.
