Incline intervals instead of speed. My left knee likes these better, while my right knee prefers a bit of impact. And, that makes absolutely no sense to me! I could not maintain a Flat/5% interval. I kept getting a high heart rate alarm. There’s no reason for me to work at that intensity, so, I lowered it to Flat/2.5%. I think this bought me a glass of wine with my pizza tonight!
